Acceptance of Terms
Accessing Clickeno.com constitutes your explicit agreement to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you ("User") and Clickeno ("us", "our", "the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services. Your continued use after modifications to these terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
User Eligibility & Conduct
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. If you are under this age, you may only use the site with parental or guardian supervision and acceptance of these terms on your behalf.
Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Clickeno cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity. This includes, but is not limited to, reverse-engineering our software for malicious purposes, distributing malware, or engaging in any form of automated data collection (scraping) without prior written consent.
Responsible Use Principles
Clickeno is a tool for efficiency and accessibility. Its use must always respect the Terms of Service of the games and platforms it interacts with.
01 Licensing & Warranty
The Clickeno software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Our Stance
We are not liable for any in-game outcomes, performance drops, or account penalties resulting from macro use. You are solely responsible for testing macros in a safe environment.
02 Intellectual Property
Clickeno owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its software. All user-generated macros and content remain your property, but you grant Clickeno a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display such content within the Service for the purpose of operation.
Critical Note
Macros created using third-party game assets remain subject to the respective game's IP terms. Clickeno does not grant rights to game content.
03 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clickeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Real-World Anchor
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.
Changes & Termination
Modification of Terms
Clickeno reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Warszawa.

Transparency
We will always provide a clear, non-legalese explanation for enforcement actions. Appeals are reviewed by a human, not an automated system.
